These awards recognize socially responsible companies that are leading the way and moving beyond corporate social responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>What is the responsible business for Nord Steel? It\u2019s not just plain compliance with national laws or internationally acclaimed standards \u2013 this part is mandatory, out of the discussion.<\/p>\n<p>But what really shows, if the company is socially responsible is TEAM! The way Nord Steel employees are motivated to walk an extra mile or show initiative in making things better without being asked for it. This is our main goal \u2013 to spread social responsibility and increase efficiency in all our processes.<\/p>\n<p>A socially responsible company does more than what is required by legal provisions.
